Landscape architecture for a replacement site with a caretaker's apartment for the Munich Volunteer Fire Department, Allach Division, on an approximately 3,000 m² site at Eversbuschstraße 134: Planning and construction of operational open spaces of approximately 2,500 m² with a usable area of approximately 565 m² according to the space program; development of an aesthetically pleasing open space design considering user requirements; new construction during ongoing operation of the existing building; consideration of site conditions, elevation changes, protected tree population, traffic situation, noise emissions, climate and sustainability goals, mandatory requirements for operational flows and room arrangements of a fire station, high technical component, and building law issues; creation of a realization concept (interim measures) in coordination with users.
