Acquisition, Implementation, and Maintenance of a Customer Relationship Management Solution for Le Mans Métropole
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solution: Acquisition, implementation, and maintenance as a framework agreement with purchase orders for Le Mans Métropole. Maximum duration of 4 years from notification, provisional end date 15/12/2026. Maximum value over 4 years: 500,000 EUR (excl. VAT). An annual purchase order will be issued for fixed-price maintenance. Maximum execution period for the base phase purchase order: 9 months. For other services: 6 months. For corrective maintenance and intervention: period specified in Annex 2 of the CCAP. Services are paid by unit prices. 5 candidates will be invited to the offer phase.
