Meal Voucher Services for the City of Cannes and CCAS
Meal voucher services: Management of meal vouchers for the employees of the City of Cannes and the Centre Communal d'Actions Sociales (CCAS) under a framework agreement via a joint procurement convention. Services are executed by issuing purchase orders and are settled at unit prices. For the City of Cannes, the estimated value is a minimum of 2,500,000 Euros and a maximum of 4,300,000 Euros (excl. VAT). For the CCAS, the estimated value is a minimum of 150,000 Euros and a maximum of 450,000 Euros (excl. VAT). These amounts, which include the face value of the meal vouchers and the price of the services, will be identical for each renewal period.
