Structural and Masonry Works: Maintenance, major repairs, and renovation of buildings and sites for the City of Cannes and the Communauté d'Agglomération de Cannes Pays de Lérins. This includes masonry work, restoration/repair, reinforced concrete work (structures, walls, floors, modifications to existing structures, underpinning), work on old structures, site setup, preparation and implementation of structures, and works directly related to structural work (foundations, manholes, network trenches, penetrations, insulation, renders, sealing, sealed coverings, conduits, flues, roof trusses). The contract is a framework agreement with purchase orders based on unit prices.
