Open-house contracts for the delivery of freshly prepared lunch meals to employees of the Berufsgenossenschaft Holz und Metall (BGHM) at the administrative location in Hanover. Meals are prepared and delivered by the contractor. All delivery costs, including transport, personnel, packaging, and returns, are to be borne by the contractor; a separate calculation of delivery costs is excluded. The contract begins upon award and runs for an indefinite period. This procedure does not include the operation of an in-house canteen or the provision of premises.
