Screed works for the new Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies building: Fit-out services for the GCT_Incubator sub-project on floors 3-5, including approx. 4,500 m² cement-bonded screed CT-C35-F5, approx. 1,700 m edge insulation strips, approx. 160 m screed stop profiles, and approx. 320 m screed recess edges. The new building on the Bayer Campus comprises laboratory, office, and GMP areas for approx. 720 employees, with approx. 5,700 m² of laboratory space on floors 3-9, prepared for S2 use. Separate requirements exist according to the Berlin Public Procurement Act (BerlAVG).
