Screed works for the new construction of the Ilvesheim combined swimming pool

Screed works for the new construction of the Ilvesheim combined swimming pool: production of waterproofing against soil moisture, thermal and impact sound insulation, cement and heated screeds, movement and expansion joints, special constructions in the swimming pool area, and pool substructures including gravel backfills, screeds, and concrete upstands for stainless steel pools. This includes preparatory works, site setup, documentation, and hourly-paid work. The scope comprises approx. 110 m² waterproofing against soil moisture, approx. 220 m² EPS thermal insulation 20 mm, approx. 340 m² EPS thermal insulation 30 mm, approx. 80 m² EPS thermal insulation 40 mm, approx. 270 m² EPS impact sound insulation 30-2 mm, approx. 11 m² cement screed 60-65 mm, approx. 340 m² cement screed as heated screed approx. 80 mm, approx. 150 m concrete upstands in the area of the stainless steel pool base, approx. 38 m³ gravel backfill as stainless steel pool substructure, approx. 310 m² reinforced cement screed approx. 120 mm as pool substructure, approx. 60 m² cement screed as bonded screed as substructure for the teaching pool. Execution dates: start approx. 06/2027, completion approx. 08/2027.
