Screed works for Building H as part of the KT demolition, 2nd construction phase: 1 unit general site setup; preparatory works, waterproofing, and separation layers include 750 m² surveying and fine leveling, 415 m² height compensation (2-10mm flow mortar), 165 m² height compensation (5-15mm flow mortar), 85 m² height compensation (15-20mm flow mortar), 45 m² bitumen-based primer, 45 m² moisture barrier using torch-on membrane, 420 m edge strips made of PE foam (8/90mm), 220 m² thermal insulation (EPS, 60-80mm, WLG 040), 315 m² thermal insulation (EPS, 40-50mm, WLG 040), 215 m² thermal insulation (EPS, 20-30mm, WLG 040), 750 m² impact sound insulation (EPS, 20mm, WLG 040), 750 m² separation layer and insulation cover (PE film, 1 x 0.2). Calcium sulfate flow screed: 750 m² calcium sulfate flow screed (CAF-C35-F7-S45, 4 kN/m², D 45mm), 15 m dummy joint screed (cutting, filling, KH), 30 m screed joint profile with foot and PE foam strip (hard PVC, door areas).
