Ventilation Installation Works for New Central Armory Building

Ventilation installation works: 2 central ventilation units with heat recovery (volume flow: 4,800 & 6,800 m³/h), air duct network consisting of approx. 900 m² sheet metal ducts, approx. 400 m spiral-seam ducts up to DN 315. Built-in components include approx. 30 duct and splitter attenuators, approx. 45 control components (volume flow controllers, throttle valves), and approx. 170 air outlets (disc valves, air grilles, swirl diffusers). Also, approx. 35 fire dampers including professional mortaring. Refrigerant lines: approx. 30 m outdoors (composite pipe steel/plastic, inner pipe welded steel pipe) and approx. 120 m indoors (stainless steel), each including fittings, fastenings, and insulation. Thermal insulation works on air and refrigeration systems using mineral wool and flexible elastomeric foam. Documentation according to checklist master.
