Evaluation of the Hochschulforum Digitalisierung Project (Funding Phases 1-4)

Evaluation of the Hochschulforum Digitalisierung (HFD) project: Assessment of funding measures implemented since 2014 across approved funding phases 1-4 (2014-2029); the project received approximately 45 million Euro. The evaluation includes the systematic recording and assessment of goal achievement, effectiveness, and economic efficiency using quantitative and qualitative indicators, in accordance with § 7 para. 2 BHO and VV-BHO No. 2.2 to § 7 BHO. Additionally, the HFD as a whole, its service areas, organizational structure, systemic role, and contribution to the digital transformation of the German higher education system will be examined to verify task fulfillment and systemic impact. The results will serve as a basis for decisions regarding the project's future.
