Project Management for Digital Higher Education, Sovereignty, and AI Competencies in Universities

Project management: Support for the client in preparing and implementing the funding guidelines KI2practice (“Guideline for the promotion of projects for application-oriented research, development, and testing of AI applications in teaching”) and DHB-Souverän (“Guideline for the promotion of research on digital higher education – innovation potential of open source applications for digitally sovereign higher education”). This also includes support for activities within the funding measure “Strengthening AI Competencies in Universities” and the further development of the research field “Digital Higher Education”. Tasks include review sessions, application reviews, project approvals, technical and administrative support for approved projects including monitoring of grant and contract terms, support for success control/evaluation, preparation and execution of events, and other directly and indirectly related tasks. Both lump-sum and unit-based services are to be provided.
