Evaluation of the Federal and State Professorinnenprogramm 2030 and the Overall Program

Evaluation of the Professorinnenprogramm 2030: The fourth program phase (2023 – 2030) is to be evaluated regarding its impact on the structural embedding of gender equality at universities and the improved representation of female scientists and artists in professorships. The evaluation report consists of a country report and an assessment of the fourth program phase (2023 – 2030) with respect to the overall program. The questionnaire and criteria catalog for the country survey and the university survey must largely be identical in content to phases I, II, and III, while considering the innovations of the fourth phase: an extended duration of eight years, a third submission round, extended submission deadlines for formal applications, the new concept "Gleichstellungskonzept für Parität an der Hochschule", four mandatory components, the predicate "Gleichstellungsstarke Hochschule" with an associated award, and the possibility to fund an additional position for a female scientist or artist on the path to professorship.
