Expert services for the sale of two care residential properties: process management and reporting, analysis and implementation of alternative sales strategies, preparation of sales materials, contacting potential buyers/investors, assisting or representing the client in sales discussions and negotiations with investors, and support from initial preparations to the closing of the deal. Optional services include the execution of technical and environmental due diligence (DD), which can be activated by December 31, 2026. The service provider offers only strategic commercial advice, not detailed legal, accounting, tax, or technical advice. The procurement procedure is a negotiated procedure according to Section 34 of the Act on Public Contracts and Concessions (1397/2016).
