External evaluation of the 'Obec pro všechny' project (Reg. No. CZ.03.02.03/00/23_053/0004169): Assessment of project goal achievement, implementation process, achieved results, and potential short-term impacts. The evaluation will utilize outputs from key project activities, especially 'Analytical Support – KA 02b', and must comply with evaluation requirements from the 'General part of rules for applicants and beneficiaries within OPZ' and professional standards of the 'Methodology for self-evaluation of non-competitive projects'. The main objective is the summative verification of the main and specific project goals and their immediate impacts. Partial objectives include evaluating two key project activities: 'Dissemination, educational, and awareness activities' (KA 01) and 'Negotiation, setup, and progress of cooperation with selected municipalities' (KA 02a).
