Expert construction supervision for contaminated sites and material management: Review of existing documents, preliminary investigations, permits, construction schedule, and contracts. Examination of the contractor's offer and disposal concept. Development of work and safety plans for contaminated areas. Ongoing coordination with project participants and expert supervision of excavation and demolition work for separation. Continuous, needs-based monitoring of the contractor's removal measures. Responsibility for excavation and demolition supervision, and allocation of material batches to stockpiles. Execution of declaration analyses on stockpiles by the supervisor's own organization and their expert evaluation. Mass control, creation and verification of mass balances. Preparation of statements, monitoring of material storage, and participation in meetings. Required qualifications: Approval as an investigation body according to §18 BBodSchG; DGUV-101-004, TRGS 519/521; PN98, signing in eANV.
