Technical program management for Program P20 (formerly Program Polizei 20/20): Multi-project for the implementation of the Saarbrücken Agenda, extending over several implementation levels and years until the 2030+ target vision. The core mission is the replacement of the heterogeneous police IT landscape and the standardization and harmonization of the entire information system of the German police forces by providing uniform, modern procedures for all federal and state police forces. The program currently comprises more than 45 projects; an important intermediate step is to be achieved by 2028.
