Framework agreement for technology-specific IT operational support: Procedure with four service areas, divided into a total of 12 quantity lots. Service area 1 includes IT infrastructure services (Lots 1-4), service area 2 IT infrastructure security and network security services (Lots 5-7), service area 3 integration and middleware services (Lots 8-9), and service area 4 application operational support (Lots 10-12). The 12 lots are tendered in 12 separate procurement procedures. Bidders can bid on all lots, but the award per service area is limited to one lot (service area 3) or two lots (service areas 1, 2, and 4). For Lot 11, which concerns application operational support for the BMI, BMZ, and AA departments, the estimated maximum quantity is 33,592 person-days.
