Specialized Construction Site Logistics Planning for the Auguste-Viktoria-Klinik Expansion

Specialized planning and coordination of construction site logistics for the expansion and restructuring of the Auguste-Viktoria-Klinik: Cost group 700 measures, including construction site setup, logistics, and clearance, ensuring traffic routes, supply of construction power and water, disposal of construction waste, and all temporary facilities. The construction site setup must be coordinated with ongoing hospital operations and the integration of new construction and renovation measures. The project includes the expansion by an emergency room, functional diagnostics, radiology, and endoscopy areas, two operating theaters, 84 standard care beds, and 6 intensive care beds, as well as a psychiatric day clinic and multimodal pain therapy. The expansion involves partial new constructions, conversions, and repurposing within existing structures, including two new building bodies and a partial addition to an existing building. Start of construction logistics planning: Q1 2027, expected building permit: 31.07.2026, construction start: 13.08.2026 (demolition and preliminary measures), structural completion: 28.02.2031. Plot area: 25,832 m², gross floor area (GFA): 20,462 m². Total cost framework according to preliminary design LPH3: 115,430,355.49 € gross, of which cost group 300: 46.24 million € gross, cost group 400: 36.61 million € gross (excluding medical technology), cost group 500: 2.52 million € gross.
