Lighting is to be planned glare-free, dimmable, and with independent zone control for the needs of bedridden and autistic students. Elevator planning KG 460 includes a bed-compatible elevator in the new stairwell for barrier-free access to all floors (DIN 18040-1). CAFM documentation according to CAFM specification sheet is to be prepared by the end of LPH 8 / acceptance for use. Coordination with the existing structure (built 1986, solid construction) regarding shafts, lines, and connection points is required.
