Specialist planning for technical building equipment HLS: Basic services according to HOAI § 55, Annex 15 (§ 56) for plant groups wastewater/water/gas systems/sanitary (KG 410), heating systems (KG 420), and ventilation systems (KG 430). The service covers service phases 1-9 (basic evaluation to object supervision), with commissioning occurring in stages (initially LPH 1-4, further commissioning of LPH 5-9 reserved). The fee rate is based on HOAI 2021 and is freely negotiable. Requirements include natural window ventilation for classrooms, decentralized ventilation for sanitary areas and 2 care bathrooms; kitchenettes with sink and small hot water storage per classroom, 2 care bathrooms as per plan, cleaning room with sink and floor drain; underfloor heating and radiators with connection to existing systems; district heating supply from an adjacent sports hall including load reserve checks and coordination with the energy contractor (EDZ); building/property drainage up to the property line and open-space drainage (KG 550) in coordination with landscape planning.
