Specialist planning for structural engineering with service phases 1 to 6 according to HOAI 2021, Part 4 Section 1, and building physics (thermal insulation and energy balancing) with service phases 1 to 7 according to HOAI 2021, Annex 1, for the extension of the Bethanien Education Center for Health Professions: phased commissioning, Stage 1 includes service phases 1 to 3; no entitlement to further service phases. Commissioning and start of Stage 1 are planned for early March 2027. Budget for cost groups 200 to 700 is approx. 12.4 million EUR gross.
