Architectural Planning for Buildings and Interiors: Expansion of the Bethanien Education Center for Healthcare Professions, covering service phases 1 to 9 according to HOAI 2021 Part 3 Section 1. Commissioning is staggered, with Stage 1 comprising service phases 1 to 3. There is no entitlement to the transfer of further service phases. Commissioning and the start of Stage 1 are planned for mid-February 2027. The budget for cost groups 200 to 700 is approximately 12,400,000 EUR gross.
