Specialized Demolition Planning for New Construction of LVR-Frida-Kahlo-School Sankt Augustin
Demolition and Hazardous Substance Remediation Planning Services: for the existing Frida-Kahlo-School in Sankt Augustin, as part of a replacement new building for approximately 300 students in presumably two construction phases. The school building, constructed in 1973 and expanded multiple times, will be demolished in sections, including hazardous substance remediation in partial areas before demolition work. Implementation will occur during ongoing operation. The basis includes reports on the detection and assessment of hazardous substances (PCB, PCP, PAK) from 2003, control measurements from 2004, a reassessment of asbestos product urgency levels from 2008, and a hazardous substance report from 2022.
