Technical equipment planning for plant groups 4, 5, and 6 according to HOAI Part 4, Section 2, service phases 1-3 and 5-9 for conversion, renovation, and extension. Commissioning is phased according to § 55 HOAI, starting with service phases 1 and 2. Fee zone II for plant groups 4, 5, 6. Estimated net costs: KGr 440 approx. 1,994,000 EUR, KGr 450 approx. 475,000 EUR, KGr 460 approx. 381,000 EUR. Planning start January 2027, construction start Q2 2028, completion autumn 2031, commissioning end of 2031. Optional special services are detailed in the tender documents.
