Structural Engineering Planning: Services according to HOAI Part 4, Section 1, service phases 1-6 for the conversion, renovation, and extension of the Christophorus Center. Additionally, any work for the existing church and community center can be billed on a time-and-materials basis. Optional special services are detailed in the tender documents. Commissioning is staged according to § 51 HOAI, starting with service phases 1 and 2. Structural engineering planning is classified into fee zone III (HOAI Annex 14). Estimated net costs for cost groups 300-400 are approximately 17,024,000 EUR. Planning starts in January 2027, construction begins in Q2 2028, completion is in Autumn 2031, and commissioning is at the end of 2031.
