Specialized planning for technical equipment (plant group 4,5,6): Services according to §§53 ff HOAI, service phases 1-9, to be commissioned in stages, for the construction of a new building to extend the Schönau primary school, Angerstraße 17, 83104 Tuntenhausen, OT Schönau. The extension creates capacities for midday and all-day care for up to 100 students in 4 groups, as well as lunch provision for up to 60 meal participants in two shifts. The existing school has 4 classes with approx. 25 children per stream (total 200 children). Negotiation talks for the 2nd stage are scheduled for the week of 01.-12.12.2026 (KW49, KW50/2026).
