Object planning for buildings and interiors for OGTS Grundschule Schönau

Object planning for buildings and interiors according to §§33 ff HOAI, service phases 1-9, to be commissioned in stages: Expansion of Grundschule Schönau in Tuntenhausen through the construction of a new building on the school premises at Angerstraße 17, 83104 Tuntenhausen, OT Schönau, parcel no. 2093/7, to create capacities for full-day care from 2026. The current school accommodates 4 classes (2 groups of approx. 25 children = 200 children). The new building is intended to create capacities for up to 100 students in 4 groups for midday and full-day care, as well as midday meals for up to 60 participants in two shifts. The new building ensures the independence of school and care operations; specialized rooms like the workshop in the school building will only be occasionally co-used. Negotiation talks for the 2nd stage are scheduled for the week of December 01 to 12, 2026 (calendar weeks 49, 50/2026).
