Technical Equipment Planning for Full-Day Care at Erdweg School Complex

Technical Equipment Planning: Services according to §§53 ff HOAI, service phases 1-9, plant groups 4, 5, 6 for creating spatial capacities for full-day care at the Erdweg school complex, Pater-Cherubin-Str. 3, 85253 Erdweg. The project includes a partial conversion with an extension to the former gymnasium building, which is connected to the primary school building via connecting corridors. The school complex accommodates 289 primary school students, 192 secondary school students in 23 classes, and 55 teachers. The gymnasium building, constructed in the 1960s, is connected to the main building via two steel-glass connecting corridors and comprises a main gymnasium and an L-shaped single-story extension with a caretaker's apartment, changing rooms, and ancillary spaces. Individual measures include the partial construction of a canteen and associated common areas for the daily catering of 40 secondary school students (distribution kitchen), the creation of full-day care with a partial canteen and common areas for 180 primary school children (distribution kitchen), the redesign of the inner courtyard connecting the existing primary school building and the new structures, and the establishment of a new location for the municipal library within the school complex with approximately 150 m² of space. Room size, room height, and assignment to DIN 277 area categories are binding planning specifications. Negotiation talks for the second stage are scheduled from November 10 to 19, 2026 (calendar weeks 46-47/2026).
