Building Design for Erdweg Full-Day Care, HOAI LPH 3-9

Building and interior design services according to §§33 ff HOAI, service phases 3-9, to be commissioned in stages, for creating full-day care capacities at the school complex Pater-Cherubin-Str. 3 in 85253 Erdweg. The project involves a partial conversion and extension of the former gymnasium building, which is connected to the primary school building via connecting corridors. The school complex houses a primary and secondary school with a 3-story main building for 289 primary students, 192 secondary students in 23 classes, and 55 teachers. The gymnasium building, built in the 1960s, is located northwest of the main building and connected via two steel-glass construction corridors, comprising the main gymnasium and an L-shaped single-story annex with a caretaker's apartment, changing rooms, and ancillary facilities. Individual measures include the partial construction of a canteen and general areas for daily catering for 40 students in the secondary school area (distribution kitchen, separately budgeted), the creation of full-day care with a partial canteen and general areas for 180 children in the primary school area (distribution kitchen), the redesign of the inner courtyard between the existing building and new structures, and a new location for the municipal library within the school complex (approx. 150 m², separately budgeted). The room program is quantitatively defined by room size, room height, and assignment to DIN 277 area categories. Second-stage negotiation meetings are scheduled from November 10 to 19, 2026 (calendar weeks 46-47/2026).
