Specialist planning for technical equipment (HLS and electrical) for the renovation, extension, and energy-efficient refurbishment of Arzbach Kindergarten: Service phases 1 to 9 according to § 55 HOAI, including planning of commercial kitchen technology (KG 470). Staged commissioning is planned, starting with service phases 1-4 up to the approval planning, followed by service phases 5-9; there is no claim to further commissioning. The estimated net costs total 363,865.55 EUR, divided into KG 410 (wastewater, water, gas systems) 60,634.16 EUR, KG 420 (heating systems) 53,676.14 EUR, KG 430 (ventilation systems) 21,868.06 EUR, KG 440 (electrical systems) 78,277.71 EUR, KG 450 (communication, security, and information technology systems) 18,389.05 EUR, KG 470 (use-specific systems, kitchen) 126,050.42 EUR, and KG 480 (building and plant automation) 4,970.01 EUR. The planning of the fresh kitchen (commercial kitchen technology) is part of this lot and is to be billed under KG 470; kitchen equipment costs are estimated as a lump sum. In parallel, object planning services for buildings (§ 34 HOAI) and outdoor facility planning (§ 39 HOAI) in service phases 1-9, as well as structural engineering planning (§ 51 HOAI) in service phases 1-6, are being tendered.
