Structural engineering in service phases 1 to 6 according to § 51 HOAI for the conversion, extension, and energy-efficient refurbishment of Arzbach Kindergarten. Phased commissioning is planned, starting with service phases 1-4 up to the approval planning, followed by service phases 5-6. There is no entitlement to further commissioning. The assumed net costs for cost group 300 (building structure - construction) are 788,235.29 EUR and for cost group 400 (building structure - technical systems) 363,865.55 EUR, totaling 1,152,100.84 EUR net. Building design services and landscape design (Lot 1) as well as specialist planning for technical equipment HLS and electrical (Lot 2) are being tendered in parallel.
