Building Physics Planning Services: Core renovation of interior spaces in parts of the main building and roof renovation of the main building of Burggymnasium in Friedberg, primarily from a fire protection and energy perspective, including adaptations to the "Leitfaden Wirtschaftliches Bauen" and the state of the art, as well as achieving a legally approved state in compliance with legal requirements (ArbSchG, UVV, DGUV). The building will be adapted to school needs, with cosmetic repairs and renovation work. Examination of building acoustics, room acoustics, and accessibility during the inventory; the scope of examination is expandable to further necessary investigations. The description of measures is to be reviewed and coordinated within LPH 1-3. Review of the 2016 fire protection concept, examination of deviations and compensation measures. The goal is high building energy efficiency and sustainability, at least according to GEG, aiming for EH55 standard or better. The energy renovation is to be considered holistically, its scope economically weighed and documented. Examination of possible funding.
