General planning services for the expansion of classrooms and all-day care at Schrenzerschule in Butzbach: Construction of a functional, compact, and barrier-free extension building for care rooms, additional classrooms and/or learning landscapes, WC facilities, and ancillary rooms, at least according to GEG standard, considering the building standards and climate protection goals of the Wetteraukreis. The construction method should be system construction, timber frame construction, or timber module construction. Services include the investigation and adaptation of existing building technical connections, the integration of ELA, fire alarm system, and safety lighting, coordination of handover points for interactive whiteboards, and the planning of an independent heating system and the assessment of a PV system. Materials are to be planned to a good standard. Furthermore, the outdoor facilities around the new building are to be planned, including the review and supplementation of parking spaces and preparation for e-charging stations (at least one parking space with an e-charging station, others pre-fitted). Site clearance and the demolition of the caretaker's house, including the relocation of furnishings and the rerouting/demolition of lines, are also part of the service. Planning is to commence immediately after contract award, LP3 is to be submitted after approx. 1.5 years, construction tenders after a maximum of 2 years, and the construction period should not exceed 1.5 years. Extensive on-site presence of the planning office, especially during construction supervision, is required.
