Technical Equipment Planning Services for Julius-Leber-Kaserne

Technical equipment planning services for construction projects at the Julius-Leber-Kaserne, a listed ensemble with approximately 180 buildings on about 98 ha. Services include plant groups 4 and 5 according to § 53 ff HOAI, service phases 2 to 9, and special services. Estimated service start is 01/2027, end 12/2030. The estimated total eligible costs are approx. €8,000,000 net for cost group 440 and approx. €7,000,000 net for cost group 450. The estimated value of the framework agreement is €5,000,000.00 net, with a maximum value of €5,950,000.00 gross, for a duration of 48 months. Personnel must meet security requirements according to § 24.6 of the contract; no citizenship of states with special security risks (according to § 13 Abs. 1 S.1 Nr. 17 SÜG) or dual citizenship involving such a state; no access to documents for persons from states on the list.
