Vehicle Fleet Rental and Operation for MVM Démász Áramhálózati Kft.

Long-term rental and full fleet operation of road vehicles for MVM Démász Áramhálózati Kft.: a total of 98 vehicles (base quantity) + 20 vehicles (optional quantity). The contracting authority commits to calling off 100% of the base quantity. The contractor must provide the following fleet operation services: handling of vehicle ordering, registration, and handover; long-term rental of vehicles; insurance administration for damage events; organization of winter/summer tire changes, maintenance, and repair of tires; maintenance and repair services; assistance services; reporting; payment of taxes and and duties (excluding company car tax and vehicle tax/weight tax); administrative procedures. Only new vehicles are accepted, which have not been registered in Hungary or abroad, nor used as demonstration or test vehicles. The procurement also includes the delivery of the new vehicles to the delivery locations specified in point II.2.3). Equivalent performance is accepted. The procedure falls under Government Decree 397/2022 (X. 20.) Korm. on promoting the procurement of clean road vehicles to support low-emission mobility. Detailed technical descriptions, quantities, superstructures, and additions for individual vehicles are contained in the procurement documents 'Demand List and Price Table' and the technical specification.
