Vehicle Fleet Rental and Operation for MVM Démász Áramhálózati Kft.

Long-term rental and full fleet operation of a vehicle fleet for MVM Démász Áramhálózati Kft.: 171 new vehicles, with the contracting authority guaranteeing the acceptance of 100% of the base quantity. Services include vehicle ordering, registration, and handover; long-term rental; handling of insurance claims; organization of winter/summer tire changes, maintenance, and repair of tires; maintenance and repair services; assistance services; reporting; payment of taxes and duties (excluding company car tax and vehicle/weight tax); official administration. The vehicles must be new, not previously registered in Hungary or abroad, or used as demonstration/test vehicles. Delivery of the new vehicles to the specified performance locations is included. Equivalent performance for brand or type references is accepted. The contract is subject to Hungarian Government Decree 397/2022 (X. 20.) on promoting the procurement of clean road vehicles; further details are available in the tender documents.
