Supply of vehicle paints, auxiliary materials, and surface treatment materials: Framework agreement for an estimated total quantity of 11,056 measurement units (DB, L) over 24 months; actual quantities may differ from experience-based figures, with the contracting authority committing to ordering at least 70% of the framework agreement's total value. Detailed product lists and technical requirements are included in the tender documents; technical parameters may be adjusted after negotiations. Bidders must provide commercial names, manufacturers, and part numbers for offered products; for equivalent products, technical data sheets must be submitted. Manufacturers must demonstrate a valid ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management system, either through a certificate or an inspection report from an accredited testing institution not older than one year. Negotiations on prices and technical parameters are planned, excluding legal provisions, obligations from the public service contract between the contracting authority and BKK Zrt., payment terms, invoice content, confidentiality, data protection, and contract duration. Bidders must declare compliance with Council Regulation (EU) 833/2014, Article 5k(1) regarding restrictive measures.
