Property Management Services for Units in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area

Establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for property management services: Procurement of comprehensive or individual property management services for units owned or leased by the client in the Helsinki metropolitan area, including the rescue service areas of Vantaa, Kerava, Tuusula, Järvenpää, Pornainen, Mäntsälä, Hyvinkää, and Nurmijärvi. Internal tenders within the DPS may cover single or multiple properties, and can be differentiated by time or geography. Dozens of procurements are expected to be carried out over the validity period of the DPS. The estimated total value of procurements during the DPS's validity is approximately 6.4 million euros (excluding VAT); this is an estimate, and the client is not committed to any specific procurement volumes.
