Delivery of a dye laser (PDL) for the Skin Department at Helse Stavanger HF: 1 complete dye laser including safety equipment, hand piece(s), and scanner(s) for intended use; conclusion of a framework agreement for equipment-dependent consumables (color substances, consumables for the cooling system). Optional services include service (as per Annex 10), service courses, e-learning program (if offered), and other life cycle costs (wearing parts, spare parts, maintenance parts, service kit as needed). Estimated volume of dyes: 8,000 pulses per annum, maximum volume is estimated volume + 50%. Options valid for the entire service life of the laser. The laser is for the treatment of port wine stains and other vascular malformations on the face, throat, and head of children and adults, with an emphasis on quick and painless treatment for infants without general anesthesia. Maximum investment price NOK 1,700,000 excluding VAT.
