Facade and Interior Renovation for KAS and ZRU in Zlatograd Substation

Notice title: Ремонт фасади и помещения на КАС и ЗРУ в п/ст Златоград

Construction works on the command and technological buildings (KAS and ZRU 20 kV) of the Zlatograd substation: 1. ZRU Building: Restoration of anti-corrosion protection of the roof covering (anti-corrosion primer, alkyd-based final coating, silver ferrolite metal paint); replacement of vertical roof drainage; replacement of metal doors on the north facade with fire-resistant double-leaf solid doors (fire resistance class EI 90); replacement of metal windows/frames of the ZRU 20 kV building with new aluminum profiles with thermal break, including accompanying finishing works (reveals, final coating); application of two layers of spackle with thermal insulation adhesive and silicate plaster on facades; application of primer and polymer mosaic plaster on plinth (average height 60 cm) and terrace sides; restoration of damaged internal plaster/spackle areas on the first and second floors; complete priming with impregnating primer to unify the absorbency of the walls, latex painting on walls; restoration of anti-corrosion protection of metal railings and evacuation stairs. 2. Command-Administrative Building (KAS): Replacement of vertical roof drainage; restoration of damaged external plaster areas; application of primer and facade paint (fasagen) on facades; application of primer and polymer mosaic plaster on plinth (average height 60 cm); restoration of the surface and paint coating on decorative wooden elements and claddings on terraces and eaves; replacement of damaged wooden elements on eastern terraces; replacement of wooden and metal windows/frames (doors and windows) in basement rooms with aluminum; replacement of the metal entrance door for the building; replacement of the wooden door in a sanitary room on the second floor; dismantling and replacement of existing internal metal doors between KAS and ZRU 20 kV with fire-resistant, solid doors (fire resistance class EI 90); chipping off damaged plaster/spackle areas in the rooms, partial spackling of walls and ceilings, and latex painting; in the command hall: replacement of terracotta, chipping off damaged spackle/plaster areas, spackling on the ceiling, priming and latex painting; painting of walls, railings, and handrails in the staircase on the basement floor. 3. External Fence of KAS: Dismantling, delivery, and installation of a solid wooden pedestrian gate; restoration of the surface and paint coating on decorative wooden elements on the stone masonry fence and the canopy over the entrance gate. Generated construction waste during the execution of construction and installation activities will be collected separately according to Ordinance No. 2/23.07.2014 and regularly transported to a regulated landfill.
