Facade works and exterior building elements: 4,220 m² steel-MW-sandwich panel walls (D 150mm) with steel profile substructure; 340 m aluminum sheet cornice (2mm, 2-part, Z 180mm + Z 145mm); 340 m aluminum sheet plinth (2mm, 4-part, Z 170mm + Z 145mm + Z 100mm + Z 250mm); 730 m aluminum sheet coping (3mm, 1-part, Z 440mm); 30 m² canopy cladding made of 3mm aluminum with substructure from HEA120, UPE 120, L 65/50/5mm, Q 40/40/4mm; 15 m² roof made of 0.8mm titanium zinc with double standing seam, seam seal, standard panel width 320mm; 15 single windows (0.95W/m²K, g0.37, RC3, P6B); 13 blind panels (0.95W/m²K, RC3); 290 m interior window sills made of glulam (width 40cm, thickness 30mm - 33.5mm); 4 weather protection grilles/ventilation grilles made of aluminum (spacing 50mm, 43%); 193 m² post-and-rail facade with aluminum substructure; 4 aluminum frame doors as exterior doors in the post-and-rail facade (35dB, 1.5W/m²K); 47 vertical blinds with screen fabric (Fc 0.25) and tubular motor; 10 single-leaf swing exterior doors; 7 double-leaf swing exterior doors; 2 single-leaf lift-and-fold gates (width 4,120 mm, height 5,500 mm, 1.5W/m²K, RC3, aluminum frame, aluminum leaves + substructure).
