Facade works for buildings E and F of the Ruhrstraße service building complex: Metal construction works include the dismantling and disposal of 63 metal windows, approx. 185 m² post-and-rail facades, and 21 metal doors; the new construction of approx. 635 m² steel post-and-rail facades, approx. 35 m² EI90 fire protection facade, and approx. 1,340 m² aluminum window bands; the installation of 202 aluminum windows, 117 steel frames for aluminum windows, and 30 fall-protection railings; the new construction of 36 steel sheet doors and 8 tubular frame doors; the installation of 2 sectional doors and 1 rolling grille door; the renovation of 1 metal gate; the installation of 439 external venetian blinds; the installation of approx. 530 m² sheet metal cladding, partly as individual cladding; the installation of approx. 150 m attica and 41 weather protection grilles. Fiber cement facade: Installation of approx. 2,180 m² fiber cement facade including thermal insulation. Natural stone cladding: Installation of approx. 80 m² plinth cladding including thermal insulation, approx. 165 m² cladding, approx. 200 m² cladding with profiled panels including thermal insulation, approx. 875 m window sills, approx. 875 m cornices above window bands, and approx. 165 m² natural stone indoors.
