Quality assurance for an extension building of the Würzburg office building: Review and update of requirements planning, standards, room and functional program, as well as BNB and BIM targets; review of planning for service phase 2 by planning participants. Optionally, the following services may be commissioned: creation or review of a functional performance specification (FLB), quality assurance during the general contractor tendering process, quality assurance from preliminary design LPH 3, quality assurance from LPH 4 to LPH 7 HOAI, quality assurance from construction execution LPH 8, quality assurance of the general contractor's invoice review for cost groups 200 to 700 according to DIN 276, quality assurance of the review of documentation or revision documents of the general contractor, quality assurance of warranty claims LPH 9. There is no entitlement to the commissioning of optional services.
