Facade works: Facade substructure including insulation and facade membrane (2,120 m²), PV facade (approx. 1,480 m²), corrugated sheet elements (exclusively reused) with dismantling on existing building (approx. 290 m²), corrugated sheet pieces between PV (approx. 170 m²), corrugated sheet facades (approx. 140 m²), expanded metal facades (approx. 330 m²), expanded metal enclosure including substructure (approx. 105 m²), post-and-beam facade including door (approx. 50 m²), 3 single-leaf steel sheet doors, 3 double-leaf steel sheet doors, 2 smoke and heat exhaust ventilators (RWAs), 1 smoke extraction system, and 4 roof access hatches. Service commencement is 01.03.2027, service completion is 06.08.2027. Completion of facade substructure by 14.05.2027, start of PV panel assembly from 12.07.2027.
