Dry construction works: Installation of metal stud walls as room partitions in F0, F30, and F90-A qualities (approx. 830 m²), furring and installation walls (approx. 325 m²), ceiling bulkheads with steel pipe reinforcements (approx. 190 m²), suspended ceilings as hinged metal ceilings, partly with integrated light inserts and technical rails and applied acoustic insulation (approx. 320 m²), suspended ceiling linings made of plasterboard on steel sheet profile substructures in F60 and F0 qualities (approx. 380 m²), suspended ceiling made of wood wool lightweight panels (approx. 75 m²), and baffle ceilings as sound-absorbing vertical lamellas (approx. 100 units). Performance starts on 25.01.2027, performance ends on 23.07.2027.
