District Heating Pipeline Construction Trasse West I

Delivery and installation of plastic-jacketed pipe laying systems for underground district heating pipelines: Delivery of plastic-jacketed pipes and system components, installation of pipe system components (sleeves, expansion pads, pipe monitoring accessories), creation of pipe static calculations, and laying and loop planning. The KMR system requirement includes a supply line DN350/DA560 from the heating plant Frankfurter Straße 100 to Pallaswiesenstraße via Sensfelder Weg, a supply line DN450/DA710 between the waste-to-energy plant Otto-Röhm-Straße 1 and the property Frankfurter Straße 100, and a supply line DN350/DA560 from Pallaswiesenstraße via Kasinostraße to the Landwehrstraße intersection. Certification according to AGFW Arbeitsblatt FW 605 is required; sleeve installers must be certified according to FW 603 or DVS 2212-4. Optional services, callable until 2027-02-10, include a supply line DN125/DA250 and network connection DN100/DA250 for HBK (Sensfelder Weg to Otto-Röhm-Str. 36), a supply line DN200/DA355 for VL Landwehrstraße (connecting to BA Süd, ending west of Schenck/Alitus access), a supply line DN150/DA315 for VL Schenrck/Alitus (connecting to VL Landwehrstraße, ending before Alitus network connection), a house connection DN80/DA200 for NA Alitus (connecting to VL Schenck/Alitus, ending in Alitus network connection room), and a house connection DN150/DA315 for NA Schenck (connecting to VL Schenck/Alitus, ending in Alitus network connection room); further items as per the tender documents.
