Service for remote access to an automatic SMS transmission system and support for SMS management from central systems of the National Revenue Administration: Provision of a service for mass sending of a maximum of 33,330,000 SMS messages to recipients in all mobile networks nationwide. This includes standard SMS (delivery within max. 30 sec, SMPP priority_flag 0) and priority SMS (delivery within max. 5 sec, SMPP priority_flag 2), with priority SMS accounting for a maximum of 50% of all sent SMS.
