Financial Instrument Microfinancing for Business Start-up and Employment (HRDP 2021-2027)

Selection of financial intermediaries: for the implementation of a financial instrument "Microfinancing for business start-up and employment", combinable with non-repayable financial aid in a single operation. The instrument is funded by the "Human Resources Development Programme" 2021-2027 (HRDP) and structured as Risk-Sharing Financing, where the risk of loss for financial intermediaries is shared proportionally up to the principal amount secured by program funds. Funds for loan financing and grant aid are provided by HRDP 2021-2027. The public resource supports target end-recipients to achieve the specific objectives of Priority 1 "Promoting employment and skills development" and Priority 3 "Promoting youth employment" of HRDP 2021-2027. The aim is to provide easier access to financing under preferential conditions, targeting measures to promote entrepreneurship (including social and youth entrepreneurship) and sustainable employment, especially for individuals from vulnerable groups in the labor market.
