Implementation of a financial instrument 'Fund for Strategic Technologies and Defense'

Implementation of the financial instrument 'Fund for Strategic Technologies and Defense' (FSTD): establishment and management of an Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) in an EU jurisdiction, including raising capital from independent private investors. The scope covers identifying eligible end recipients, analyzing investment viability, structuring, negotiating, and implementing FSTD financing, as well as monitoring and controlling the performance of invested companies, supporting end recipients, and managing subsequent investments and exits. The service also includes ensuring distributions to the Fund Manager and investors, organizing the liquidation of the FSTD, applying state aid rules, ensuring eligibility of end recipients and investments, timely reporting, and compliance with the operational agreement and relevant EU/national acts.
