Financing Partner for Energy Efficiency Loans in Residential and Public Sectors, Lubelskie Voivodeship
Implementation and management of a financial instrument: Loans for energy efficiency in the residential sector (IIT) and in public utility buildings (IIT) for investments in the Lubelskie Voivodeship. The contractor acts as a financing partner (PF) and implements a specific fund. The financial contribution from the Trust Fund amounts to 17,000,000.00 PLN, supplemented by the contractor's own contribution of at least 3,364,288.65 PLN. The credit risk of the lending activities is borne by the contractor. Funding is provided through the "European Funds for Lublin 2021-2027" program and national co-financing. Details on project types and tasks are specified in the Financial Instrument Metrics and the Draft Contract Provisions (PPU).
